If you have ever thought you weren’t spiritual or that you have to be too perfect or even if you thought ‘its only for women’ then I can tell you I know just how you feel!

I’ve been told many times that I don’t look the type to be spiritual, being 6ft tall and built like a rugby player and having done nearly every job under the sun from builder to working on TV’s Big Brother, with a bit of Scuba instructor thrown in for good measure. But little by little I found myself becoming aware of the more ‘out there’ side of life, out of nowhere, by a process I now call ‘downloading guided information’.

Suddenly I just knew things. Incredible things. Like how to help people with their problems and how to guide them to help themselves. When I explained myself to more experienced spiritual devotees, I found they wanted me to join quite rigid regimes and ways that didn’t fit into my hectic and unpredictable lifestyle and quite frankly, more than that, it just didn’t feel right.

So I just continued to follow my own path and knew that God didn’t mind one bit which way I chose to find him.

Along the way I have met and been guided by some amazing people, who all seemed to incorporate their spiritual ways into the flow of their everyday lives. So I decided to do my best to help and teach people to find their own spiritual selves and to show them how, far from being at odds with the ‘real world ’ - the spiritual gifts we all have can really improve and enhance every aspect of our lives. And just for the record, how much fun it can be too!!!
